This is my story of healing my debilitating anxiety and panic attacks, insomnia, racing thoughts and occasional bouts of depression.

Hi There!

I'm Ally. Welcome to my blog. Here you will find some of my all time favourite tools and practices to keep myself feeling grounded, peaceful & safe. These tools straight up make me a better mom, a more patient wife, a more grounded teacher and a more compassionate friend. You will also find recipes, challenges, and some of my passion projects around sustainability. I feel very strongly that we don't need a handful of people doing sustainability perfectly, we need millions of people who care about the future doing it imperfectly. It is my mission to create a community where we can share the resources that we have learned with each other & where I can spread the tools of yoga, Ayurveda and meditation far and wide.
