Monday Mornings

This is a breath based and gentle movement focused class where we learn how to increase hip mobility, tap into our core strength, and heal the pelvic floor. This series will teach about the pelvic floor and the core muscles. How to strengthen pelvic muscles. How to safely and gentle open the hips.  We will explore gentle movement & breath awareness. This class will foster an awareness of your body.

Pelvic floor dysfunction/weakness is linked not just to incontinence but also to chronic low back pain, pelvic girdle pain and hip pain. In this series we will begin to regain control of these important muscles!

Pelvic health is not just for those who are healing dysfunction, it’s also for those who want to tap into one of the most powerful places in the female body. This series will be lead by Sarah Anne.

Meet Your Teacher

I'm Sarah Anne, a 200hr certified Yoga Teacher and Energy Healer. Helping people develop a deeper connection with their body is my passion. I believe that when we work to heal through a mind-body-spirit connection , we form a better understanding of our body systems, and how they work together to keep us healthy & happy.

I believe that there is no one size approach to taking care of our bodies and wellness. Every person has their own needs, wants, abilities, and shadows. I encourage a holistic approach to heal the body from the inside-out, supporting the different layers of the self; physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
