Yoga for Pelvic Health - Monday’s from 11-12 from January 13-February 17th. 

Warm Hatha Flow - Tuesday’s from 6-7pm from January 14-February 18th

Gentle Morning Hatha  - Friday’s  from 10:30-11:30am from January 17-February 21st

Yoga For Pelvic Health

Mondays 11am

January 13 - February 17th

This is a breath based and gentle movement focused class where we learn how to increase hip mobility,  tap into our core strength, and heal the pelvic floor.

Learn about the pelvic floor and the core muscles. How to strengthen before we open. Gentle movement & breath awareness. Tapping into a new awareness of your body.

6 wks/$100 or $20 drop in. This is an ALL LEVEL friendly class!

Tuesdays 6pm

Hatha Yoga is the practice of tuning into the breath, and how the breath affects the body while we move through the Asanas. We learn to breath into our entire body. We learn that there is strength in the ease in which we can allow our bodies to move freely. Using breath and movement as a tool to heal, strengthen, and release.

  • gentle heat is added to warm the body, and allow a deeper release 💚

Wake up your muscles and get your blood flowing with this Morning Flow & Stretch! 

During this 60 min all level class we  focus on breath work, slow flows, and asanas to lengthen and strengthen the body!

Meet Your Teacher

I'm Sarah Anne, a 200hr certified Yoga Teacher and Energy Healer. Helping people develop a deeper connection with their body is my passion. I believe that when we work to heal through a mind-body-spirit connection , we form a better understanding of our body systems, and how they work together to keep us healthy & happy.

I believe that there is no one size approach to taking care of our bodies and wellness. Every person has their own needs, wants, abilities, and shadows. I encourage a holistic approach to heal the body from the inside-out, supporting the different layers of the self; physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
