In this mindful flow class we use the breath as a tool to connect back in with our body. When we are connected with the breath, we move energy through the body, allowing us to open pathways, and the body becomes freer. Adding in movement strengthens the body, lengthens the muscles, and improves circulation, digestion, and overall well being.

Combining breath and movement is where we heal. We deepen our connection with our inner self.

Meet Your Teacher

I'm Sarah Anne, a 200hr certified Yoga Teacher and Energy Healer. Helping people develop a deeper connection with their body is my passion. I believe that when we work to heal through a mind-body-spirit connection , we form a better understanding of our body systems, and how they work together to keep us healthy & happy.

I believe that there is no one size approach to taking care of our bodies and wellness. Every person has their own needs, wants, abilities, and shadows. I encourage a holistic approach to heal the body from the inside-out, supporting the different layers of the self; physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
