This series combines several of our favourite different styles of restorative yoga & gentle yoga. Some of our favourites to note being Restorative Aerial Yoga, Half Gentle/Half Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga into Restorative Yoga Nidra and more!
We are so excited to offer this array of different experiences that will infuse the nervous system with a sense of peace, calm and wellbeing. Restorative yoga is a style of yoga where we will utilize all of our props (bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and eye pillows) to create a beautiful effortless style of practice. This slower paced in nature creates space for attuning to your body’s inner wisdom, promoting relaxation and inner balance.
