In order to secure your spot in a Retreat please arrange payment in full. Only after we have received payment will your spot be reserved.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen. So please be sure to read carefully.
If you cancel your retreat, Sarovara Yoga does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your retreat to another potential guest if you are able to find someone to take your place, however it will be your responsibility to arrange payment details between yourself and this potential guest. Please notify us in the event that you would like to transfer your retreat to another guest for any reason. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when planning these experiences. Food costs, supplies and in the case of international retreats, accommodation costs, shuttle costs and more. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans have to change.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
If Sarovara Yoga must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
