Our team is here to support you in the most socially responsible ways that we can while navigating this uncharted territory
Please note that some of our teachers are choosing to take their classes ONLINE so that those who are vulnerable can practice in the safety of their own homes and those who have contact with vulnerable populations can keep their loved ones safe. (Please scroll down to see updates on who is live or online)
Some of our teachers are choosing to remain in community in the space. For those who are choosing to come to class, please note the following precautionary measure we are taking:
To limit exposure to communal surfaces please bring your own yoga mats.
We will not be using studio props; please bring your own mats and feel free to bring other props that may be helpful.
We will be sanitizing the studio before and after each class with a focus on door handles, light switches, barres, counters, etc
We will be burning sage & diffusing bandits blend to kill the pathogens in the air (no exceptions! our apologies if you are scent sensitive)
Please wash your hands upon arrival, and prior to leaving the studio (20 seconds with soap and hot water) and apply our homemade hand sanitizer, as well as avoiding touching your face.
We will be avoiding any contact with students and each other, no assists, adjustments or brow massages.
As always, we will be keeping our class size small. 10 person maximum in the space at a time.
Students are asked to please not come in to classes if you are feeling unwell, have symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or fever) or have anyone at home who is exhibiting symptoms or if you have travelled outside of the country in the last 2 weeks
Our goal is to help prevent the spread of this virus to those who are at serious risk. If you have an underlying health condition, are over 65 yrs, or plan on having contact with someone who is high risk, or just prefer to stay home, please do. And know that Ally will be providing some access to classes online for those of you who feel safer to practice inside your own homes.
We also recommend that you consider ways to bolster your own immunity, by keeping up with gentle exercise, eating well, drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep, reducing stress and consider taking immune-boosting supplements, vitamins or probiotics.
Our goal is to help flatten the curve and help reduce the spread of this virus, please practice self care, kindness, compassion and calm.
