Our team is here to support you in the most socially responsible ways that we can while navigating this uncharted territory. Please note each teacher's contact information is available at the bottom of this page after you have read all of the rules in place. You will be asked to contact your teacher directly to register for their class. 

Please note the following precautionary measures we are taking during Phase 3 this September 2020:

To keep a safe distance of at least 2 metres away we are limiting class sizes to 5 students per class and 1 teacher.

Each student will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry to the studio.

Masks are mandatory until you are safely on your designated mat spot in the studio. Masks can only be removed when your on your mat, placed on the designated spot (marked by tape on the floor).

To limit exposure to communal surfaces you must bring your own yoga mats.

We will not be using studio props; please bring your own mats and feel free to bring other props that may be helpful. We have bolsters, eye pillows, blocks and bolsters for sale in the merchandise area.

We will be sanitizing the studio before and after each class with a focus on door handles, light switches, barres, counters, etc 

We will be burning sage & diffusing bandits blend/thieves oil to kill the pathogens in the air (no exceptions! our apologies if you are scent sensitive) 

 We will be avoiding any contact with students and each other, no assists, adjustments or brow massages. 

Students are asked to please not come in to classes if you are feeling unwell, have any of the symptoms related to COVID (cough, shortness of breath, fever, etc) or have anyone at home who is exhibiting symptoms or if you have travelled outside of the country in the last 2 weeks

We also recommend that you consider ways to bolster your own immunity, by keeping up with gentle exercise, eating well, drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep, reducing stress and consider taking immune-boosting supplements, vitamins or probiotics.

If you have a group of 5 that you would like to start a yoga bubble or pilates bubble with, please reach out to one of our teachers to secure a day and time for a class for your group. We are open to adding more classes to the schedule to meet demand for live classes.
